LACROSSE: West London, defending the title they won last season, dropped their first points of the Rosebowl Season when they met Premier League side Purley at Lonsdale Road on Sunday.
Despite being under constant pressure West London led until a few minutes before the end thanks to goalie Kelly Leaper and sterling defensive work from Ruth How and Charlie Mariott, but conceded with minutes to go to share the spoils 7-7 with Kirsty Stevenson notching a hat trick.
