Meanwhile, in Sunday’s Punchbowl Marathon at Guildford, Andy Stalley clocked five hours, 15 minutes and Allan Rumbles 5:31. Dave Ross and Mel Johnstone also took part.
Results from this weekend’s 5km parkruns were: Banstead Woods: 12 Bill Walsh M45 20.09, 13 Steve Cooney M40 20.18, 109 Kate Knight W50 37.11.
Roundshaw Downs: 4 Richard Fox M40 19.23, 46 Rupert Quested M60 28.40, 57 Dominic Fox JM14 32.33. 64 ran.
