Kingston & Polytechnic’s Camilla Thrush won four medals at the World Masters Winter Throws Champion-ships in Kamloops, Canada.
She took the gold medal in the women’s over-40 weight hammer, throwing 11.61m.
She also gained silver medals in the discus (30.84m) and hammer (35.15m) and finished third in the shot (10.85m).
Belgrave’s Mark Wiseman gained a hat-trick of wins in the over-40 shot (15.40m), hammer (49.13m) and discus (48.21m).
Epsom & Ewell’s Wendy Dunsford was second in the over-45 weight hammer (8.27m), hammer (28.55m) and discus (25.70m) and fourth in the over-45 shot.
Belgrave’s John Hall took silver in the over-60 indoor 3,000m walk, while Herne Hill’s John Garber won bronze in the over-65 800m.
