Panathlon glory for Croydon
Croydon clinched a place in the grand All London Panathlon Challenge after an exciting semi-final at Crystal Palace Sports Centre last week.
They pipped Bromley by just four points to win the six-event competition featuring athletics, cricket, football, curling and polybat. Sutton and Merton finished third and fourth.
Barking, Dagenham, Harrow and Lambeth will be among their opponents in the final.
