Men's fragrance BRUT is hosting a fund-raising event in support of Help for Heroes at Battersea Millennium Arena on Sunday 19 September.
The 'Race for Recovery' is aimed at anyone who it interested to prove and test their fitness to the best of the business.
Military fitness instructors will be putting people through their paces with two minutes of press ups, two minutes of sit ups and then a 1.5 mile run.
The best in each time slot will win a prize and the fittest of the day will get a fully paid place on a Help for Heroes trip to the Base Camp of Mount Everest in Nepal.
Help for Heroes founder Bryn Parry said: “It is a fantastic idea and we would like to encourage everyone to do their bit and join in too.”
The event has a £10 entry fee which will go to the Help for Heroes charity.
