Striders of Croydon’s Lee Flanagan won the Roundshaw Downs 5km parkrun on Saturday morning.
He broke away with the previous week’s winner Alex Penfold, of Sutton & District, on the opening lap, before pulling clear to win by 32 seconds in 17 minutes, 40 seconds.

Striders will be organising their annual Switchback five-mile race around Lloyd Park and Addington Hills, starting at 10.30am.
