On an autumnal Sunday afternoon the final of the Billy Walsh Trophy was contested in front of a capacity crowd at London Polo Club.
Team Tchogan beat King Power 7-6 in a fast and exciting match.
The Ham Common Club was re-established in 1946 as Ham Polo Club by the late Billy Walsh, a true veteran of the game, becoming the first British polo club to restart polo after the war.
Nico Talamoni scored all seven goals for Tchogen with Charlie Wood getting five of King Power’s six, Cole getting the other.
