Past winner Steve Dennis of East Grinstead Cycling Club won the Michael Bradley Memorial event, Epsom Cycling Club’s open 25-mile time trial, held on the Horsham, Crawley and Southwater course on Sunday.
He led home a field of 120 riders in 51 minutes, 36 seconds, from Datateam’s Kevin Tye (52.31) and Andrew Meliak (54.05).
Age group winners: U20 Ben Wimpory (Sydenham Wheelers) 1:03.20. 20-29 Conali Yates (In Gear) 54.40. 30-39 Jez Ponting (A3Org) 54.33. 40-49 Brian Molloy (34 Nomads) 55.06. 50-59 Phil Bull (VC Elan) 55.20. 60-69 Shay Giles (VC Elan) 1:01.52. Over-70 Peter Crofts (Southborough & District) 1:00.59.
Epsom times: Stephen Emmerson 58.54, Nick McCormick 1.0.41, Andy Ellis 1.04.41, Richard Gill 1.07.56, John Tindall 1.09.56, Daniel Arthur 1.10.16.
Epsom took the team prize in the North Hampshire Road Club 25-mile event at Farnham where Roy Brooks recoded 55.29, Nick McCormick 58.46, Paul Cannon 1.00.26 and Daniel Arthur 1.04.54.
