Ricky Boylan, from Carshalton, makes his professional debut against an unnamed opponent on October 30 at York Hall, Bethnal Green.
The 22-year-old will feature on George Groves' Commonwealth title undercard which will also be televised by Sky Sports.
The lightweight boxer is now into hard training and following a strict diet as he begins to slim down in preparation for the bout.
Nicknamed “Pretty-Ricky”, the boxer usually walks around at ten stone, four lbs but will now look to drop at least nine pounds in the next month.
Boylan must have met the nine stone, nine lbs limit by the time fight-night arrives.
Tickets for the fight can be purchased via 07810212342.
