Collingwood's Nicky Stevenson and Steve Cooney ran the Great Clarendon Marathon - a tough trail marathon between the two cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester - on Saturday.

Torrential rain made the course very muddy and slippery in places.

Steve finished his 124th marathon in 3 hours 57 minutes. Nicky finished her 5th marathon in a time of 4 hours 35 minutes.

Also on Saturday 2nd, Collingwood's Annette Helliwell ran Greta's Gallop, a half-marathon in Central Park, New York with 4563 runners. Annette came clocked 1.57.32 and was 20th V50 lady - a seasons best.

Also on Sunday 3rd, Collingwood's Andy Stalley ran the Flower of Suffolk marathon. The course was apparently short so the organisers added an extra section with narrative.

However, the narrative was very misleading and most runners missed a section out before the first checkpoint!

Andy finished a distance of exactly 26.00 miles compared with the revised official distance of 26.1 miles. He came in 5th in 4 hours and 23 minutes.
