Banstead Downs Golf Club's Ross McGowan made the half-way cut at the Abu Dhabi Golf Championships after shooting level par over the opening two rounds.
The projected target had been one under but a late change saw him sneak in for the weekend, while former Hampton School student Paul Casey's one under for the tournament saw him home by two shots thanks to a pair of birdies on the closing nine.
