London Broncos head coach Rob Powell has warned Super League rivals to expect more from his side after the Broncos secure their first win of the new season.
Half back pairing Craig Gower and Michael Witt combined to inspire their side to a 42-16 triumph at the Stoop, thanks to tries from David Howell (2), Chris Bailey, Gower, Matt Cook, Dan Sarginson, Jason Golden and Chris Melling.
It ended a run of five straight defeats ahead if this weekend's trip to Wigan Warrirors and Powell insisted others should start taking his side seriously from now on.
"We know we have been playing better than to have lost all those games, especially the home games," he said.
"We've talked about this. We got our rewards and played well.
"We'll get confidence out of this especially our defence in the first 20 minutes of the second half.
"Offensively we know we are a team that's challenging now and opposition teams will look at us differently."
The win came at a price as Australian international prop Antonio Kaufusi, 27, was forced off with a hamstring injury and is expected to miss the Warriors clash.
