Michael Witt, Craig Gower and Luke Dorn have been backed to fire London Broncos up the Super League table.
Half-backs Witt and Gower – who both signed in the winter – and outside-back Dorn were in fine form last Sunday as Broncos threatened to upset Wigan Warriors before losing 42-30.
Witt scored two tries and his partnership with Gower is starting to blossom, something coach Rob Powell always knew would take time.
“It takes time for the boys to get used to playing with each other as pre-season only prepares you for the first few games,” he said ahead of today’s trip to Widnes Vikings.
“Now there is a lot of trust and confidence in them with the way we are playing.
“We will not underestimate Widnes. If our players give the performance we know they can, then we have a chance of getting the points.”
