Esher director of rugby Mike Schmid is not bothered where they do it, he just wants them to win.
The Molesey Road men crashed 24-22 at Old Albanians last Saturday meaning they remain winless on the road this season.
The losing bonus point came at a cost with Andy Garner (shoulder) being ruled out for six to eight weeks and Paul Olima and Tom Cheeseman also collecting injuries.
Esher return to home surroundings when Blaydon visit this afternoon.
“The away form does not concern me. We deserved to win three or four of those games,” said Schmid.
“It does not matter whether it is at home or away, it is just a case of finishing off games we should not have lost.
“It is about have a bit of mental focus on the road and confidence to close out games.”
Weekend fixtures: Hove v Cobham, Weybridge Vandals v Tadley, KCS Old Boys v Old Alleynians, Trojans v Old Tiffinians, Old Emmanuel v Cranleigh, Old Amplefordians v Old Blues.
