Rosslyn Park coach Alex Codling will quit the club at the end of the current campaign.
The former Harlequins player and ex-London Welsh coach leaves the Rock after two largely successful seasons and with his side on course to finish as National Division One runners-up.
Park need only one point from their remaining three games to secure second place and match last season's efforts.
"Alex moves on to take up a coaching opportunity outside of England, in the professional game, and everyone at Rosslyn Park would like to thank Alex for all his hard work," said a club statement this week.
"Preparations for the 2015-2016 season are already well underway, with 20 core members of the current squad having re-signed for another year.
"More details will be announced with regards to the playing group, as well as exciting additions to the coaching staff, in due course."
