Rosslyn Park Force and Rosslyn Park Rebels U8s returned home from the Tigers Challenge rugby festival in Minehead as joint champions.
After a fun-filled weekend on tour, both Park teams topped their respective groups before entering the grand final, and the teams were then presented with their well-earned trophy by ex-England and Leicester Tigers star, George Chuter.
With more than 250 boys and girls teams participating every year, the Tigers Challenge is the UK’s biggest youth rugby festival.
Chuter said: “To be crowned ESF Champions is a fantastic achievement. The team should be really proud of themselves. Well done to everyone involved with Rosslyn Park."
The victory was welcomed by Sam Winterbottom from Rosslyn Park, who added: “Both our teams in the U7s age group had a fantastic time at the ESF Tigers Challenge at Butlins.
"It’s been a great experience for us all and one which I’m sure the lads will remember for years to come. We had a great time across the whole weekend and put in some tremendous performances on the pitch.
“For the teams to meet George Chuter topped off a fantastic weekend. The boys are all set to build on their success at the Tigers Challenge.”
