Sutton & Epsom enjoyed another successful day on the road at Havant recording their 14th win in their last 16 away league fixtures.
The 37-22 bonus point victory, the fourth in five league games, left Sutton & Epsom in third place in London One South.
The Black & Whites had a perfect start as Matt Whitaker coasted in from a well worked line out move and Sam Hurley effortlessly added the conversion.
The hosts should have drawn level within minutes as a clever crossfield kick threatened the visitors line, with a try begging the ball was dropped.
Despite a period of not only territorial, but also numerical advantage following Bellringer's yellow card, just a solitary Joel Knight penalty reduced the deficit to 3-7.
Indeed, on the half hour Sutton thought they had extended their lead.
However, the referee adjudged that Aaron Phillip had not grounded the ball after following up Frankie Murray's astutely placed chip.
Just before the interval Rugby Lane fans were treated to a precision blindside break as Whitaker, Hurley and Steve Munford interchanged passes for the scrum half to score under the posts.
A nonchalant conversion from Hurley saw Sutton & Epsom depart for half time 17-3 to the good.
After five minutes of the second period the home side were reduced to 14 men for a yellow card infringement.
Sutton ruthlessly exploited their advantage. Whitaker, who was at the centre of events all afternoon, linked with Joe Ridgley who sped in under the posts.
Then to complete the punishment for the Hooks Lane 14, Whitaker strode in at the corner. The lead had been extended to 29-3.

If anyone thought that Havant were about to be routed they were in for a rude awakening when a penalty was kicked into the corner.
The Hampshire side scored via scrum half Jake Reynolds from the subsequent line out.
Two minutes later full back Ed Wilkes scored to reduce the lead to 29-15 with 20 minutes to play.
Notable in the recovery were the bullocking runs a of the tireless Havant hooker, Jerome Trail, who time and again made valuable yards.
Hurley's penalty extended the visitors' lead but their anxiety was increased when substitute Jay Wilkes made it a fraternal try scoring double.
With plenty of time on the clock the home side had rallied to 22-32.
However, with fine territorial kicking from Jacob Atkins, who had replaced injured Ian Knott at full back the Black & Whites pegged Havant back into their 22.
Increasingly desperate attacks were met by excellent tackling - Phillip provided the icing on the cake as he squeezed in at the corner following another break from man of the match Whitaker.
London One South action returns to Rugby Lane on Saturday as Sutton & Epsom host newly promoted Tottonians.
This will be a stern test for the hosts as their visitors sprung the surprise of the season in week four by defeating Sidcup, the early season conquerors of Sutton. The game kicks off at 2pm.
