Mike Schmid insists Esher must show no fear against runaway leaders Northampton on Saturday, writes Mark Bengoechea.
The all-conquering Saints arrive at sold-out Molesey Road on the back of 21 straight National League One wins.
They destroyed the Surrey side 74-10 at Franklin's Gardens in October and are 10 points clear at the top with a game in hand.
But the Esher chief has called on his side to produce a performance to be proud of against the East Midlands giants in front of 2,500 supporters.
Schmid said: "We have got nothing to lose against Nor-thampton because nobody has given us a prayer.
"But, win, lose or draw, I want us to come off that pitch with our heads held high.
"I want the lads to give everything. If they can't get motivated for this in front of a sell-out crowd, they can't be motivated for anything.
"To me, the pressure is on Northampton and we must make sure we cause them problems.
"Of course it is going to be a huge challenge.
"But if we can make our first-up tackles and keep the error-count low, we can get something from the game.
"Hopefully, mentally they will be slightly off their game and we have to stop them getting into their stride.
"But we have to focus on ourselves. We have to be prepared to take risks, try to do something different and push our skills to the limit.
"We have to be aggressive and make sure our defence is spot on, and then who knows?
"But everyone is looking forward to the game and I am sure it will be a fantastic day for the club.
"It is up to us to hold up our end of the bargain in front of all these fans, many of whom are perhaps coming to see us for the first time."
Esher, 25-1 outsiders with bookies William Hill to beat the Saints, had the worst possible build-up to Saturday's clash with a 10-try 70-10 hammering at Cornish Pirates.
Dougie Flockhart's two-try salvo was the only bright spot as Esher were punished ruthlessly for their errors.
At least Esher welcomed back skipper Duncan Cormack in Sunday's drubbing after 10 weeks out with a broken thumb.
He will lead a side boosted by the return of centre Bevon Armitage from Sevens duty with the West Indies in the United States.
Ex-British Lion Rob Henderson hopes to be fit following an ankle injury, while Schmid also hopes to have Harlequins trio Charlie Amesbury, James Inglis and George Robson available.
