Former Rosslyn Park number eight Hugo Ellis has warned his team to stay focused after defeating France in the U20s Six Nations on Friday night.
The England U20 skipper star in the shock 24-6 win in Grenoble, which gave them a perfect three wins from the opening three matches in this year's competition.
And Ellis believes there must be no let-up.
"We knew what to expect and how physical it would be, and our boys put their bodies on the line from the first minute to the last," he said.
"We had to defend for long periods and try to build a score, so it was a monumental defensive effort.
"It was a massive win for us in such a hostile environment in front of a big French crowd.
"In terms of age-group internationals, I have never played in such a physical game.
"There were bodies everywhere and lots of outstanding performances from our guys.
"We are three from three now, but we have got to make sure we don't get ahead of ourselves.
"Caoches Nigel Redman and Mark Mapletoft and myself will be making sure that we stay fully focused on preparing for Scotland and doing a really professional job."
