London Scottish's Colm Hannon has been banned for a month after an RFU disciplinary hearing.
Hannon was cited by Clifton RFC after a National Three South match on January 19.
He was subsequently charged with striking contrary to Law 10(4)(a).
Hannon was found guilty of striking an opponent and was suspended for four weeks from February 20. He is free to play again on March 19, 2008.
The panel comprised Jeremy Summers (chairman), Peter Budge and Paul Murphy.
