Streatham-Croydon host HSBC in the first round of the RFU Junior Vase (3pm). Admission is free.
They regained their place in the competition despite losing their preliminary round match after Old Glynonians were disqualified for fielding three ineligible players.
Streatham president Dick Towers said: “Obviously it is not the ideal way to get to the first round, but now we are there we’ll be looking to reach the latter stages. For a club like us it is important we reach the latter stages of these competitions as we have done in the past.”
