Staines were now full of confidence and on top of their game, the line throwing in the difficult conditions by Adam Mursal was giving the Staines backs ball in plenty and some quick support play and direct running by Andy Turner the Staines 6 was asking serious questions of a home side who had little in answers.

On the 60th minute Staines were rewarded for their enterprise with a penalty kick which was successfully kicked by Mahony, despite kicking into a strong wind. This was a big downer for a home side that were running out of ideas.
Staines Coach Greg nights was full of praise for the teams performance and some tactical changes which introduced Mark Jackson, Rob Walker and Tom Williams only strengthened a very good team performance in very difficult conditions and with a score line of 33 – 0 this is a credit to a team who are at present in a rich vein of form.
