Purley John Fisher hoisted themselves into mid-table in London Three South-East with a 38-11 victory over Eastbourne on Saturday.

Despite the wintry conditions, PJF set about an Eastbourne side who look like relegation certainties.

Early forward dominance allowed PJF good territorial advantage and three of Saturday’s tries came from the unsung heroes of the front row - captain and loose-head John Cox, hooker Dave Sia and tight-head James Quigley.
