Florent Rossigneaux accepts that Rosslyn Park must head to Ealing and win this weekend if they are to have any hope of being crowned National League Two South champions.
Park currently sit third in the table, 3 points behind joint leaders Ealing and Barking, after Saturday’s hard-fought 24-17 win against Dings Crusaders.
And Rossingeaux admits completing the double over Ealing is the only way to keep their promotion flame flickering.
He said: “We simply have to win and that is the only focus among the camp.
“There is no alternative if we have any dreams about going up this season.
“We have already played Ealing this season, and beaten them, so we are aware of what we need to achieve.
“There has been a lot of talk about physicality and we have to go there and give them a good fight among the forwards in order to build a platform.
“We have to make a spots and try to make as few errors as possible and if we do, we have a good chance.”
James Strong and Marc Sweeney crossed for tries as Park ground out a win over the Crusaders.
And Rossigneaux was happy simply to have got the game out of the way.
He added: “They came and disrupted us like they did when we met earlier this season and it was another struggle.
“I think Dings are a far better side than their league position suggests and every time we tried to accelerate things they held us.
“But we kept fighting and we got there in the end.
“The positive thing is we have no real injury concerns ahead of Ealing and the squad are feeling good.
“Everyone is raring to go and we will head there and give it our all.”
Rosslyn Park’s next three games: Feb 27 Ealing (a), Mar 6 Bridgwater & Albion (h), 13 Shelford (a)
