ondon Irish Wild Geese saw their 25-match unbeaten run in all matches come to an end with a 36-30 defeat at Tonbridge Juddians on Saturday.
They did well to get so close having trailed 23-3 in the first half. Manager Simon Martinson said: “We lacked technique in the opening exchanges and allowed ourselves to be bullied at the tackle and breakdown.
"As the game wore on, the boys showed immense character to pick themselves up and dominate the last 30 minutes.”
