Students in year 8 and 9 got to experience the time of their life, with the opportunity to experience a wonderful week skiing in one of the countries known for their snow.
Bishop Thomas Grant School has held this trip for the second time now and many students have only given it praise. ‘The experience was there for the students to learn a new skill, at the same time they absolutely enjoyed themselves’
The young students stayed at a nearby hotel in the city of Kuhtai in Austria.
‘The only accidents that have happened was that one person broke their wrist and another had knee ligament damage’
‘It snowed lots, but that was good for skiing’
The landscape is to die for ‘it was my first time being there, it was nice to be in the fresh air, the scenery was very pretty, and the whole experience was enjoyable , not only for me but for everyone’
‘I would definitely recommend i to others to try , mainly for the young people to experience, and I would definitely do it again if the opportunity came up.'
