Home sales company Property Solvers have gathered data on the most and least expensive streets across Croydon and Sutton.
The data discovers that The Drive and Golf Side have some of the highest-valued homes across the regions.
Some of the cheapest streets in Croydon and Sutton include Overtons Yard, Brighton Road and Crown Road.
The data has been collected from five years’ worth of sold house price data from HM Land Registry since 2016.
Data includes the postcodes of CR0, CR2, CR9, CR44, CR90, SM1, SM2 and SM3 areas.
Below is the data sheet, collected by Property Solvers, with the most to least expensive streets in Croydon and Sutton.
On Golf Side (SM2), three properties sold for an average of £2,016,666 and three properties sold for an average of £1,991,666.
Some of the cheapest streets include Overtons Yard (CR0), where three properties sold for an average of £111,833, Brighton Road (CR2), where six properties sold for an average of £120,833 and Crown Road (SM1), where three properties sold for an average of £122,666.
Property solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Shirley Avenue sold for £1,757,000 and at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £109,200 and under on Allder Way, London Road and Longheath Gardens.”
