A shopping centre in Sutton will be hosting a new Artisan Market full of unique products to purchase this weekend.
St Nicholas Shopping Centre will be holding as many as 40 stalls, including bakes, natural beauty products, handcrafted jewelry, and home furnishings.
More than 15 small businesses have already signed up for a stall at the first market, while ongoing markets may host as many as 40 stalls.
The market will take place on Saturday, May 7 from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday, May 8 from 10am to 5pm.
The Artisan Market will be set up on Level 3, which also hosts The Attic Bar + Kitchen, where shoppers can take a break to enjoy Italian street food, Caribbean Fusion or an American diner experience.
St Nicholas Centre Director Gavin Waller said, “We’re delighted to be able to launch an Artisan Market in our centre, providing a great opportunity to meet up with family and friends and enjoy an additional shopping experience.
“With the economic uncertainty brought about by the recent pandemic, many people have been inspired to give their dream of being an independent trader a go, and this market gives them the chance to try out their ideas.
